          Looking at my training calendar, looks like I get to join in again this week!  edited to say training has to be flexible paying attention to the body

           

          Monday-planned after work 7 mi track workout-200's with WU & CD-done (crushed it!)

          Tuesday-planned 6 mile recovery-done

          Wednesday-unknown health issue, possibly autoimmune and foot warning sign so test run of only 0.43 mi.

          Thursday-rest & still waiting for ANA test results to find out if I have lupus

          Friday-test run that went well & I'm so grateful! 4.58 miles

          Saturday-(originally) planned 12 mile LR-done 11.93 mi

          Sunday-(originally) planned 4 mile recovery-done

           

          Total 33.9

              Sat 19.5mi (3:14) finally got outside, +0.62mi warmup

              Sun 11.3mi (2:10) trails, easy recovery jog, +0.62mi warmup
