      I thought you said you didn't have a stability ball, Holly?

       

       

      No. I just said that maybe not everyone had a stability ball, and I didn't want to do a challenge that would either exclute them or force them to run out and buy one.  Same thing with weights.  I think the squats challenge should be "with or without weights" as people prefer.

       

      Sorry you're hurting.  Hope you heal up quickly.
