Thanks Milktruck - great picture of Twocat, though I suspect he's a lot thinner these days. Heal quickly friend!

First one in this month with nothing spectacular to report. Just grateful at this age to be enjoying the gift of running.

I had an okay August. No races to report but the high school cross country season started so I'm happy.

PF is better, planning on more running miles in September.
