        Thanks Holly!  Going to need a pass this week due to a trip to Lake Tahoe for a Celebration of my mom's life and the scattering of her ashes.  Not even going to try to run...

          Tuesday..........double for 7 miles.......................................................................done-6.9

          Wednesday....double for 6.4 miles....................................................................done-6.5

          Thursday.........double for 8 miles with 6 strides at the end of 1 run.............done-8.3

          Friday...............just some upper body weights..................................................done

          Saturday..........14...............mostly done-10.1 in nasty weather at the end + 0.25 beer relay

          Sunday.............whatever's left to get to 40.........................................................5.5
