              Funky kicks 2019

I have been inspired by reading your 40/40 thread for some time now.  I'm not in 40 mpw shape, but when I decided to do a couple of easy miles on my rest day and had a fairly long run scheduled for the weekend, I was so close to 40 by accident that I had to do it.  I'm 49 btw so I think it qualifies!  Big grin

I start singing that song every time I have to use a dolly to move something. My singing always inspires others to roll their eyes.

Really enjoyed Boston this year. It was warm and sunny at the start, so I took it easy, hoping to pick up the pace later in the race. But it never happened. Ended up with a 6 minute positive split: 1:33/1:39. Still almost 18 min under BQ2017, which for me is 3:30.
