I think I will go back to the table again. Last week's was too hard to count. Which is exactly why I made you go back and tally things up.

MEOW! I knew that would get your attention.
Did you all have a very merry Xmas?
Jeez, no workouts/running at all this week so far... Every year I think I've got a handle on it and I can get through the holidays with my routine intact. Well, I didn't. I went to bed hours later than usual, waking up later, starting my day too late, too much cooking and baking, too much enjoying the food, it just wasn't happening. But I finally got a 30 min Run/Walk in this morning.
Leslie: what happened?
DutchieRun the day, or the day runs you.
Hi Dutchie! That stuff happens to all/any of us! Get back on that pony and get back here! I know thinking about you getting back into it helps me get back into running and working out, so come on! (Leslie's foot problem has returned, and we're all hoping she caught it in time before any real damage took place.)
I'm back on the sticks, Dutchie. As Erika said, I think I've torn the ligament in my foot again, but not anywhere near as bad as last time. I see the ortho on Thursday. 'Til then, I decided to be proactive and put myself back on the crutches.
