Doc says it’s not SF, but anterior tibialis tendon. Will see a PT on the 19th. Doc said I could try some easy miles.

Life is a headlong rush into the unknown. We can hunker down and hope nothing hits us or we can stand tall, lean into the wind and say, "Bring it on, darlin', and don't be stingy with the jalapenos."
Good to see you running again! I'll need a free pass this week although I'm scheduled to come really close at 39 miles. Half marathon in the area Saturday and I wanted to go all out but Coach is holding the reins back a little because Dallas is getting closer in the window, so to speak. That should still allow me to break 2 hours by a couple of minutes if all goes well!

Thanks, Holly! Glad to hear there's no SF. Good luck with the easy miles.
