Paul - have you not shaved since you flew by us early starters at the September 2014 Tunnel Lite? Will you keep it going until IM time. Might be quite a drag, you know.

Erika, congrats on the 200 miles month. I just looked at my log. I will be happy to get 100. The last two weeks have been hard surviving the worse asthma attach in over 5 years. I did run 5 miles with the EP tonight to talk over the logistics of the Omak Orchards in Bloom race and I can now manage to run at about 12 mile pace without my asthma barking at me. The race went well. More to follow. Now off to bed to prepare for another race, the Hoof'n and Woof'n race, this is a fun run to benefit the animal shelter. I hope to start training again next week, if asthma allows.
Deez4boys, I am so sorry for your news. Hugs sistahhh. Things will get better once you know the diagnosis.
Holly, your are such an over achiever. Running long and working the ground for the garden.
Great racing around here. I will read the race reports tomorrow.
MikeE, be a good boy.
