          Monday: 1.2 mile walk at lunchtime, 3.5 mile EZ run after work and .8 mile walk w/u and c/d

          Tuesday: 5.5 mile progressive pace run, .8 mile walk w/u and c/d

          Wednesday: 8.3 miles w/ half mile repeats (x5), .8 mile walk w/u and c/d

          Thursday: 4.2 miles GA run, .7 mile walk

          Friday: 1.2 mile walk at lunchtime, 5.2 mile hilly run after work and .4 mile walk c/d

          Saturday: 7.3 miles with 1200 m intervals (.75 mile), .7 mile walk

          Sunday: Ran out of time, never got a run in. Decided to give my cranky ankle a break.

           

          Totals: 34 miles run, 6.5 miles walked. Ended "streak" at 10 days (a lot for me!)

            Mon: very short run and a Tabata segment of off a dvd workout.

            Tue: LB workout, ouch, haven't worked my legs in two weeks.... I think I'll be sore by the end of the day.

              Busy week. I had a plan, but unable to follow it. So, I'll just post what I've done.

               

              M - 1800 meters swimming

              T - nothing

              W - nothing again

              Th - 1650 meters swimming & 7.1 miles running

              F - 15.7 miles biking

              Sa - 15K race (running) 1:23:18 3rd AG + warmup mile

              Su - 45.1 miles biking
