Hi ilene, did you take dromy and vice versa to 10K PR's again in your RR's? Missin' this weekend's Yakima River Canyon Marathon with SRL, dive 'n arf'll give me an exra week of taperin' for the Mt Si Ultra on 4/19 with Francesca, . . . except, after only makin' it to mile 29 last year, put me down for 50K this year and I'll let franci celebrate her first ever ultra in it last year with another 50 miles. With all the Boston runners, franci's 50-mile, mari's wenatchee marathon, etc. it'll be nice to have some taper company, even though some of 'em'll probably be fudgning 'til the last day before. 6/19 tetsujin - Mt.
