          Hi Holly.

           

          I started off the week already off plan. So, I'll just post as the week goes.

           

          M - unplanned rest day

          T -  8 miles easy

          W - 11 mile strength training (1.5mile wu, 2x3mile at 8:20/mile with 1 mile recovery, 1.5mile cd)

          Th - 6 miles easy

          F - 12 miles with middle 9 at marathon pace

          Sa - 10 miles easy

          Su - 12 miles up/down Mt Scott x2

          Total - 59 miles

           

          As it turns out, it was a good week. Pretty much on schedule except for taking Wednesday's rest day on Monday.
