Life is a headlong rush into the unknown. We can hunker down and hope nothing hits us or we can stand tall, lean into the wind and say, "Bring it on, darlin', and don't be stingy with the jalapenos."
Thanks, Holly.
Hopefully back to normal this week.
Be safe. Be kind.
Thank Holly
I'm in again. Quite sore from the weekend's hammer fest so let's see how things go. Might only be easy miles. Getting two weeks out from my HM.

Thanks Holly! Because I ran my long rum on Saturday instead of Sunday...and because I know I've got some things this week that I know conflicts with my schedule...I'm going to get my miles in...just not on the days my schedule calls for. I know...why have a schedule. Anyway, here it is....

Holly, I will need a free pass as I have a cutback week and am thinking about a 5k this weekend. I suspect I'll have 30-40 miles and will update on Sunday. It's a shame you have trouble running in the grass. It has been so good to me!
Monday...weights + warmup + short interval workout + cooldown....5.6 miles
Tuesday...rest
Wednesday...weights + 7 mi. easy
Thursday...rest
Friday...yoga + 4.3 easy on the grass + 6x100m strides @race pace, still on the grass
Saturday...warmup + 5k race + cooldown...5.6 miles
Sunday...6.7 miles easy
Total........29.7 miles

Thanks Holly. Not sure of my plan this week, since everything is on hold because of my lower back being wonky. I would expect to be back up to 40+ miles though, so I'll put up my grid and fill in as go. So we'll see!
