      I will not make 40 this week, but I need to get back into a good running routine & this thread always helps with that. I'll just post my runs as I go since I'm not really on any schedule at least until early next year. all I know is... I need to run more.

        Hey folks, our numbers are really dwindling here, and I myself have been on the stupid DL for much of the last year.  Should I keep this thread going, or let it drop?

          I hate to see this thread go away since it had it's origins over on coolrunning & made the transition here. But, I think you may be right, with only 4 "regulars", it's probably time to give it up. It has been great having you host the thread these past several years. Thanks for the sense of community, the motivation & the accountability this thread has given me.

                Yeah, if it's down to just 2 or 3 people, it probably does not make sense to continue.
