MikeE, there is a temptation to kick our own asses when a person passes too soon. Looking back isn't always 20/20. Thank you for sharing that part of your life with us.

    Love Annabelle and Riley updates!!!

DD#2 got hitched on the 31st. Three down. One to go.

The 1st, Tag and I volunteered at a 5K. As there were police officers at some of the corners and a police escort, I was under the impression permits had been pulled for road closures. And they were. We were on the last corner before the finish. A local business owner did not think he should have to drive around the block to get to his shop. He and I got pretty heated. It wasn't even 1/2 a mile out of the guy's way. Silly Fella.

On the 2nd, DW and I took Noah out for his 1st snowshoe adventure. We got him buckled in, turned our backs on him while we were putting our shoes on and the guy is already climbing back up his first hill. Avenger Doggie was not much help watching. He was fighting with his first stick of the new year.

He and I explored while tag found his own route and DW stayed the course. Noah maybe interested in a show show race. He has the talent. We'll see.

Snow removal cross training today. meh.

I managed to FALL (waxed floor got me)

about a month ago, caught myself with my HANDS before my Hips hit,

and my wrists have been really sore ever since

the trekking poles help since they push UP instead of down,

      No Biggie, just a Nuicance

      good running guys

..nothing takes the place of persistence.....
