          I'll probably be a bit short this week so I'll need a free pass, but I am back to a regular training regimen.

            Just made it to 40 Smile It was a recovery week after last weekends marathon.

            This weekend I did run the Ft Wayne Fort4Fitness 1/2 marathon in a nice 1:46:59.
