    Mornin' everyone.

    Well - that month's done!

6.4 racewalking miles this morning: 28F with wind from the west. I was disappointed that the cloud cover was thick enough to completely obscure the moon. Fortunately, there was still enough light to tell road from everything else. The winds got a little whippy at times, and was like a cold slap of Aqua-Velva on the side of my face. Near the end of my walk, the clouds opened for a few seconds so the moon could reveal itself - nice. As I approached home, I saw a huge deer wandering our front garden. I was scary enough that it took off for safer territory.

Gotta go - have a greta day!

Hi Jay. Nicel way to finish off Nov.

Got my quick 2 and sent the kids off. Time for an all day training class or snooze fest.

Looking forward to my evening run to finish off the month in style.

Make it a great one o ye Masters of RA.

        Happy Friday all!

8 hilly miles in Northern, NH at 5:00 am. Feeling fine. It's nice to be without a serious target race for the moment and just run. Sunday's 5k race will be all about fun and seeing how far ahead of me the kiddo will run.

        Aqua-Velva!? Made me giggle Jay.

'Morning, newfound internet friends!  6.7 miles last night at an 8:20 pace.  I was planning a much slower run, but my legs felt great so I took advantage of it.  I still kept it dialed back though.  I've got 7-8 easy miles on the treadmill on my post-work agenda today, which will wrap up a heck of a mileage month for me.  Today and tomorrow need to be nice and easy so I can hammer my 5K Sunday.

Time to go hit the work cafeteria for my first water refill of the day.  Enjoy your Friday!

I finally felt a little better last night, but I had to run the kids to sports an hour after I woke up. So I did manage to get a 3.5 miler in at a 9:00 pace.

I have my fingers crossed that I should be able to FINALLY get a decent run in tonight. It's supposed to be in the 50's or so here today. I'll be running in shorts and a T-shirt instead of sweats tonight!

            See ya.

                    Trails are hard!

Boy, having new folks speeds up the daily quite a bit.

Jay, if you get up a little later the moon viewing was better.  5 miles in 49 minutes this morinign at 6am.  Just a few high clouds and 32°.  Longest pre-work run in quite a while.  Have to get used to this, I guess.

Need a fast half for late fall.  Then I need to actually train for it.

Good Morning all.No run today, just some core work then tearing out a wall to expand the kitchen.

Question for all you computer savy users out there from one who is not,how do you get your picture, avatar etc.on your post?

Everyday is a good day for a run.

I've got 7-8 easy miles on the treadmill on my post-work agenda today, which will wrap up a heck of a mileage month for me.

Be sure to check out Wildchild's separate thread for monthly miles. There are prizes!!!

Hey Slo - need some meals while the ladies are gone this weekend? Some leftover turkey perhaps? Turkey soup, turkey casserole, turkey sandwiches, turkey anything, it's yours Big grin

Still working with that PT from hell Tom?

Stay focused, Norm. No naps during training today.

32° and freezing rain here this morning. Hmmmm - good day for a Y visit. 45 minutes on the eliptical and 45 minutes of free weights and core work. I'd just like to repeat how nice it is having all of these new folks here.

                          Have a great Friday everyone.
