    Hello everybody!

Man--you northeastern people are getting pounded, this year.  Hopefully, you'll be repaid with great summer weather.

I went 11 miles, tonight, after work.  9 miles of tempo sandwiched between a 1 mile warmup and a 1 mile cool down.

Okay--that's all I got.  See ya!

Butterfly hugs to all our East Coast running family.

I feel that I have been in the middle of a hurricane for the last few months at work. It does not help to not being able to run or exercise much due to my knee injury. I am hopeful that the wind is changing and that with spring here I will be able to have a more balanced life.

Today I drove for an  hour to my PT appointment (a sports specialist). I saw him for the first time a week ago and I am starting to see hopeful improvement on "knee". Post treatment I was told to drive back home with new direction on knee position during the drive (driving and seating down makes knee bark the worse), then to run 4 miles. Who am I to not follow my PT orders. I ran 4 miles and actually I was able to run, not shuffle for the first time in over three months.

Please know how much I enjoy reading all of my master RA family's running posts. It sure makes being on the side line more bearable.

Good news, Mariposai! I actually have foot problems when driving sometimes, so know what you're talking about.

Today I ran 32 minutes (3.55 miles), 2 minutes more than Monday. All felt ok, although it still feels much harder than it should. Friday will be 35 minutes.

Jay, here's hoping your muscle pain is short lived.

. I’m very lucky to have all your friendships and all of us have each other too.  Maybe change us to the Golden Heart Club.  Doesn’t matter, though, ‘cause we are anyway.

          Amen brother.

Ugh Deez. DD#2 occasionally gets stuck in that predicament.

Good to see you Surly Bill.

I've dotted the "i"s and crossed the "t's for my audit on Friday and Saturday. Of $210,000.00  special orders on hand, I can can physically touch all but $200.00 worth in four orders. I'll track that down Thursday EZPZ. Thankfully March is slow since I'm on tap to solely account for $14,500,000.oo this year. My brain is hurty all over. However, the big hurdle is behind me and I'll have one day of clean up before things get serious.

One challenge is that a number of customers have been coming to me instead of their salesperson regarding their orders. As much as I like it, it takes time. It is a welcome break though.

too bad you don't get the realtor's 6% commission on sales!

Need a fast half for late fall.  Then I need to actually train for it.
