Here’s what I have for last week’s tally. Sorry so late!
No rest days?

Here’s my tentative plan for the week. Not really sure what will happen with the weekend. Our family will be spending the weekend at a cabin in Hocking Hills, and DH said, “no running!”
Life is a headlong rush into the unknown. We can hunker down and hope nothing hits us or we can stand tall, lean into the wind and say, "Bring it on, darlin', and don't be stingy with the jalapenos."

Weather and work travel might make this a tricky week but here's the tentative plan:
humid again; a couple of walk breaks on the hills @ 9:02
Snuck in a Central Park run @ 9:09
@ 8:30 a bit cooler and lower humidity!
Thanks Holly! Umm...I know I should mind my own business...but can you say, "Kiss my a..." never mind, I'll just mind my own business. So, here's my plan for the week. Mine will change a bit, too. DW and I are going to Wisconsin Dells to watch a granddaughter perform in a dance competition...but I'm still gonna run, dang it.
47:09 + squats, stretches, and crunches...and some pushups...and some pullups
1:18:01 + squats, stretches, and crunches
weights + squats, stretches, and crunches
1:31:53 + squats, stretches, and crunches
2 hours of lawn mowing and some squats
3 miles @ 22:21 + 10 x 800 around 2:50 each w/400 recovery after each + 3 miles @ 22:39 + squats, stretches, and crunches
51:28 + squats, stretches, and crunches
I'll probably need a free pass this week unless I can squeeze in another run.

Sa - Lions Heart Half Marathon - Woodward OK, 2:03:11 1st AG

Total - 29.1 miles
Missed a couple of planned runs and didn't even get close.
Holly, just be sure to show your crankiness this weekend. Your DH may think twice before making this request again. Seriously, I hope you have some great family time.
It's a cutback week for me but I should be able to make it to 40, just barely.
Weekdays: (Tuesday rest): 5-6 M
Weekend: 12 and 6

Jeff's Run 5k was a hilly course, and properly measured.
3rd in 45-49 AG
