I’m not very fast and kind of embarrassed to post times but pace is definitely improving over time, and so is HR especially with most of the miles being done at a lower pace and HR.
BQ in my age group is 4:20 and that is my goal this round of training.

we had an amazing couple of days on Monday and Tuesday.
low 60s and sunshine! I ran some muddy trails in Central Park
on Tuesday, it was awesome. then it got cold and rainy again.
and weekend was just cold, but luckily no rain
