Big TSUGOI! for eight boomer PR’s in the Big Mary and tamalina PR’ing one of the hardest racing distances too. However, I think queenalenie got so many PR’s again like the four or five last October, that she forgot about her 10K one too, or was it two too?

And a couple of marathons in there.
39 unhappy miles in Oct. Hip flexor and lower back problems continue, so no fall racing. On the bright side, our 5K (in the rain on Oct. 24) sold out at 1,000, and our Seacoast Half (next Sunday) sold out in September at 1,200+. Racewalking clinics continue, including one this weekend with two nationally-ranked racewalkers as instructors.

Also to Walt, who ran two marathons in two weeks - are you also applying for maniac status? Lots of other great runs and races, too many to mention.
