    For those of you who are new, this is the 40/40 thread, for people who are over 40 years old who run 40 miles/week or more. We give Free Passes to those who come really close or try really hard...

    Here’s my tentative plan for the week.  I have a HM on Sunday, no real hopes of a great showing but I'm hoping for a decent training run at least.

      Thanks Holly!  I might be looking for a free pass, this week.  I want fresh legs for the Ragnar Relay this weekend and I'm not sure if I'll run on Sunday...so  here's what I'm looking at....

        I really do not plan any days particular mileage - I just try and get 3 workouts.  A work out = Either long (30 miles or  more), speed or hills -
