    Hello everybody!

Those really are some amazing accomplishments, Paul.  Congratulations!  One of my favorite things about meeting you at Light of the end of the Tunnel Marathon was seeing how proud your family is of you.  They have very good reason to be.

Well...I managed 5 miles, today.  It was not good.

Okay--Debbie's calling me for dinner.  Gotta go.  See ya!

I couldn't take 2 days off in a row. I have no discipline. I did 1.86 miles tonight.

I may not hit goal for riding, but durnit I will hit my running quota this week.

trying not to type as much so most of my shout outs are silent....

          We still hear you, though....

Leslie - I had not realized you have been battling this so long.

Paul - wow!  That's a LOT of running.

7 miles for me on Friday in 47 degrees.

Life is a headlong rush into the unknown. We can hunker down and hope nothing hits us or we can stand tall, lean into the wind and say, "Bring it on, darlin', and don't be stingy with the jalapenos."
