"Some are the strong, silent type. You can't put your finger on exactly what it is they bring to the table until you run without them and then you realize that their steadiness fills a hole that leaks energy in their absence." - Kristin Armstrong

    Top 'O the World!

Now get y our 5K down to 25 too. Smile

Lucky tribill triathlon in November when it's 30 degrees here (Seattle), 13 in Colorado and who knows what in erikaland.

Henry the Great: "I'm going to keep running as long as I can."  Me too, I hope.

        T. Igarashi (summiting Mt. Fuji at age 100): "Enjoy yourself. Your younger days never come again."

Turns out I was 1/17 in my AG today,

Awesome!  And don't be so sure about me being faster at Monkey.  Remember, to this flatlander those Nashville hills are killer, but to you they will be nothing but tiny mounds.....Smile

Life is a headlong rush into the unknown. We can hunker down and hope nothing hits us or we can stand tall, lean into the wind and say, "Bring it on, darlin', and don't be stingy with the jalapenos."
