Hi all, No time to read the thread tonight. I just stopped in to post a run. 6.03 miles of hills @ 8:50 pace.

Marty Robbins.....Pasta Carbonara......what a wonderfully diverse group this is. 3 recovery on the TM, followed by a half-mile walk.
