Scale, Don't Fail Me Now! (Read 220 times)

    For some inexplicable reason I am down 2 lbs to 144.5.  It is not mine to question why, just to accept.

      Nobody wants to weigh in on the subject?  190 still.

      Need a fast half for late fall.  Then I need to actually train for it.

        Holding steady this week at 115.  I'm okay with that, given the hormonal visit this week.  Next week's goal: 114.

        Life is a headlong rush into the unknown. We can hunker down and hope nothing hits us or we can stand tall, lean into the wind and say, "Bring it on, darlin', and don't be stingy with the jalapenos."

            Leslie, I think I found them so don't worry. I've been up and down, 139 on Monday (long run aftereffects), 143 this morning. Last night's pizza and popcorn and Wednesday's spaghetti might have something to do with that.
