            Not much XT other than gardening, but that's proving to be a considerable effort. This is an early taper week for me.


            Monday: 5.6 mile run at lunch, .5 mile walk; 2 hours in the garden (planting potatoes and watering stuff)

            Tuesday: 7.6 mile hilly run in the rain, .3 mile walk

            Wednesday: 7.2 mile mostly EZ run after work, .6 mile walk (still raining a bit off and on)

            Thursday: 4.5 mile hilly run, .3 mile walk

            Friday: Rest Day

            Saturday: 8.6 miles run, .4 mile walk

            Sunday: 11.5 mile run @ 8:04 avg pace, .9 mile walk


            Totals: 45.2 miles run, 3.1 miles walked
