I raced only once in May, a local 4 miler on the Memorial Day, got 2nd AG, but it's a small race.

Trails are hard!
Lots of blank spots on the graph, so 57.4 miles for me. And that included a half. I can only do better in June (I hope).
Need a fast half for late fall. Then I need to actually train for it.

It was another injury plagued month but I managed to get in a marathon and knock off another state.

May 2017 summary from all who reported in...+ For second month running, SubDood nails the monthly Magnificent Median with 146 miles+ HermosaBoy posted a monster month + Low month of Monthly Prime runners with only 3: Wildchild, Tramps, rmcj001+ monthly average fell to 145 from 152 in April (primarily from perchcreek being missing?)
Acceptable at a dance, invaluable in a shipwreck.
