Trails are hard!
I missed a morning run, so had to wait until it cooled off a bit. I went out at before sunset and was having such a great time, my five-miler turned into a 12-miler. My legs feel great and it was fun to just let go and run... quote> This is the feeling I'm striving for. I've gotten close a few times, but not nearly enough. Have a feeling it may be quite a while of "gitter done" runs before I see that again.
Need a fast half for late fall. Then I need to actually train for it.
