        Mon: 5 kilometer run/walk - DONE! After weeks of slow running with lots and lots of walk breaks, it finally felt like a normal run. Still 4 walk breaks in there, but I'm getting there. Also planned a LB workout but was up late (though quite awake at 5AM), so that didn't happen.

        Tue: LB + Boxing - DONE! Both workouts!

        Wed: 5K run/walk + C/Ba/S - DONE! but instead of shoulders I did Triceps. Felt like my shoulders had been really worked the last couple of days.

        Thu: STS Plyo # 29 - Nice workout, as always.

        Fri: 5K run/walk + Bis/T - Didn't sleep well last night: woke up at 3AM and couldn't sleep. Now if this were summer, I'd just get up and start the day, but this is winter and it's cold and my bed is warm and comfy. Fell asleep again at some point and didn't wake up till 7AM. Too late for a run. Sad

        Sat: HiiT workout - somehow the day got away from me Roll eyes

        Sun: 6K run/walk - We've had snow again overnight Angry Nice 7.3 kilometer run on the TM. I totally surprised myself here.


        I'll probably be moving workouts around again.

              Monday: 4.1 EZ on the TM, .8 mile walk

              Tuesday: 2.8 miles elliptical, 15 min U/B weights, 6.1 mile progressive pace on TM, .8 mile walked

              Wednesday: unplanned rest day. Just too tired after work.

              Thursday: 8.1 mile w/ 4 x 1200 m repeats @ 8:00, .25 mile intervals @ 8:34, then 2 x .25 mile @ 7:30, the rest @ 8:34; .7 mile walk c/d

              Friday: 5.2 miles EZ, .7 mile walk

              Saturday: 4.2 miles with some speedy bits, .5 mile walk
