    Bill - for me that would be walking to the mailbox.

     

    Do you know what your resting and max heartrates are?  My RHR is about 50, and MHR about 205.  I target my recovery runs about 135-140.

     

    Lou, my resting HR is about 50.  I used to be in the mid 30's when I was younger.  It doesn't seem to want to go any lower anymore.  Max is about 181.  I like to see my recovery runs stay below 130.  My taget HR for tempo/harder stuff is 153 or a little above.
