      Tues 4 Miles; Core/Strength     The rain and wind were terrible when I was gonna go out.  Of course, it cleared up as soon as I got cleaned up for the day.
      Wed 7 Miles w/Strides 7 miles w/6 strides    
      Thurs Rest 4 miles 30 min LB and Core
      Fri 4 Miles; Core/Strength 4 EZ miles    
      Sat 11 Trail Miles 11 trail miles    
      Sun Rest      
      Total   30 miles

          But I like donkeys! Thanks again for the thread, Leslie. I kind of got derailed last week, let's hope this week will be better with more time off work. It's cold here this week though... we'll see -30's the next few nights. Brrrr.... I so don't need this! But I hope to get an outside run in sometime this week.

           

          Monday: Rest Day, just because that's how it worked out....

          Tuesday: 5.3 miles on the treadmill, .7 mile walked

          Wednesday: 8.3 miles with 3 x .5 mile repeats, .7 mile walked

          Thursday: 5.4 miles with some "hills", .7 mile walked

          Friday: 4.5 miles outside!! and .5 mile walk c/d

          Saturday: Bleh... got lazy. Just did some housecleaning (badly needed)

          Sunday: 8.2 miles run, .7 miles walked

           

          Totals: 31.7 miles run, 3.3 miles walked

            I'm new, may I join in?

            I'm new to exercise too.

            2 run days (mostly walking)

            3 bike days

            and

            Tomorrow end the week with another Run( walk) day

            My Goal for the remainder of the calendar year is to Not Quit !

                  Hello everybody! Smile  
                  I have been having a really tough time getting motivated! Now that I'm back to work and spending all day on my feet, running when I get home is tougher than I thought, thank goodness for the Holidays! Big grin

                   

                  Thursday: 5 mile road run
                  Friday:       rest
                  Saturday: 6.5 mile run at reservoir
                  Sunday:   4.5 mile run at reservoir
                  Totals:    16 mile running

                  Old , Ugly and slow

                    Knee hurt no running. Lifted today 11-25

                    pr's 5k 20.08, 5 mile 31:20, 10k  41.19  all done in the 80's
