Thanks, Holly! Week 3 of tapering ("race week"), and I've got a cold. I think I caught it from one of those nasty middle-schoolers last week!
Here is the last week of the plan ending with a marathon, but the actual mileage this week will vary until/unless I start feeling better:

Really bummed. 17 really solid weeks of training, followed by this. Oh well. I signed up for another marathon in 2 weeks.

Tuesday. 11 with 7@15k pace - tired, could not make pace, Just kept HR above TH level
Wed. 10 at same pace that I could barely hold on Tuesday, but it was easy today lol, 2 more slow PM

Sat. 5.5 not as slow, and that’s 40+ yay!

ok, this week early morning 8 milers were magically replaced by 9.3 milers.
which is actually 15k. by Thursday that felt tiring for some strange reason.
took Friday off to do a longer run on Sat, but bailed out at 19 miles.
this morning jogged endless loops on the track with no particular goal
in mind, just feeling generally tired. it was extremely humid too
