    Thursday Back Day - 25 stability ball back extensions for me today.

          I don't think I've been posting daily, but I have been keeping up on the challenge. Last night I did 10 back extensions with my arms along my sides and then did another 10 with my arms out and hands behind my head.

           

          this morning I did 2 sets of 10 pushups.

                              I did 50, today.

                               

                              I did 50 pushups yesterday also. And it's the first time in my life I have ever hit that number. And there were all good full pushups.
