No real plan this week what with recovering after Sunday's half marathon & the holiday(s) this week.
M - 6.2 very easy miles around town
T - 5.3 easy miles with Opie
W - 10 easy miles, 2 parks loop
Th - 5 easy miles, post feasting
F - 10 easy miles, 2 park loop
Sa - 11.9 miles, around the city reservoir
Su - 10.6 miles, beautiful weather

Total: 68.7 miles
Only five days of running this week, and they were all easy/slow
