This weather I wear the legally required minumum clothing. 

No run today, just a lot of yard work X-T.  Yesterday I had a very nice run that turned into a tempo--3.1 miles in 28:00.  Fastest 5K in a couple of years, inlcuding races.  My route takes me over the same route our town parade takes and I realized that the available seating spots were rapidly diminishing.  (everyone puts out chairs the night befoere or early in the morning to reserve spots.)  I was inspired to get home quick and get my chairs out. 

Can't remember the last time I ran negative splits on a 5K (or much of any runs).

Nice run, Perch--happy to see the miles buidling again.
