Last week was a race week so I didn't think to post but I logged a pretty typical 35 miles. This week with a half coming up, Coach is cranking up the miles!
Monday........6 mile recovery run with 6 x 15 sec. hill sprints - done (6.13)
Tuesday.......6 miles easy - done
Wednesday..8 mile hill surge run - done
Thursday......4 miles easy - done with my dog at the Rio Grande
Friday...........30-60 min. aerobic XT - done 45 min. on the arc trainer
Saturday.......15 mi LR - done 14.87
Sunday..........4 miles easy - done
Total..............43 miles planned -43 done!

On Monday I ran in a singlet and split shorts, plus hat and gloves. It was rainy and windy, and cold, but overall not too bad. My 14th and so far slowest Boston. Recovery is not going well either, today I had to stop at 10 miles, the hamstring is acting up again
