yep, Eliz, not like I really know, but it sounds like a long enough plan that you'll be fine! enjoy yourself.

Monday - ran 4, walked 1
Tuesday - school concert - DONE!!!! whoo hoo
Wednesday - school, rehearsal, drive to another rehearsal = rest (well, rest from running, anyway)
Thursday - took the day off from school to rest and get in a long run, but I feel awful, so I'm just resting
Friday - sniffle, drive too much, sing a lot; no time or energy for running
Saturday - see Friday
Sunday - see Friday and Saturday
I'm finally admitting that there's no way, at least until next Saturday, that I can keep the commitments I made back in mid-August to others regarding singing (oh, yeah, and to my day job!) and also keep the commitments I made to myself regarding running in mid-October, and have decided to stop stressing about it and just plain enjoy the singing, which really has been a lot of fun.
I'm hoping to run tomorrow and then get back on schedule next Saturday, after five, count 'em, five more concerts. I anticipate that I can do some catching up on running during Christmas break, after a L-O-N-G winter's nap.
Summary: ran 4; walked 1; drove to gigs a lot; sang a lot more; slept as much as I could to try to beat this sinus infection; not a stellar week for running or XT, but good for singing
