1:11:46--including a ladder workout - 400 - 800 - 1200 - 1600 - 1200 - 800 with 400 recovery between each. Didn't do too bad, this week.

~15K Festive ski with 10,000 others. There was beer,

This Week:2.21.17 - 10.4 m. 9:30 pace.2.22.17 - 8 m. 8:40 pace.2.23.17 - 8.5 m. Slower than a turtle. 2.25.17 - 12.2 m. 8:55 pace. Feeling much better today.2.26.17 - 9 m. 9:13 pace. Was hoping for more, but I will take 9 and move on.

Skipped Friday, which was a shame, it was such a nice day. On Saturday I explored the local technical trails and today I just did loops on the track trying to warm up.
