Wow, Paul... what Wildchild and Alexander said. Just a fantastic race especially considering you were off the first two months of the year! You really are running so well. Nice to get that sub-2 hour half with negative splits! I can only imagine...

Getting a negative split makes a runner feel good. It doesn't happen often for me.

Opie, I know you understand about Classen & running into that Oklahoma wind. It sure felt good to have a tailwind on it this year.

Murray M, I think I hate "false flats" on the bicycle more. But at certain points in a run they can really sap you physically & mentally.
