        Last week I built up close to 40 and this week will take me over.  I had a couple of productive sessions with a chiro/ART guy to complete my right calf/AT recovery.

         

        Monday.......Warm up + 200m intervals, 8 fast & 8 slow + cool down............................................done-6 miles

        Tuesday...7 easy............................................................................................................................done-7

        Wednesday...Rest & yoga.........................................................................................................done-1 hr. yoga

        Thursday...Warm up + 3 mile tempo (HMP) + cool down=6....................done but not much on the tempo-6

        Friday......7 progression with most of it @MP........................mostly done but not much on the progression-5.7

        Saturday....12 easy...........................................................................................................................11.7

            My new plan calls for no running for two weeks...shhh...don't tell the Hansons I already had 8 miles in...they were easy miles...well those 3.6 weren't....

              Saturday was a lot of fun pacing a friend

              for the last 30 miles of the Vermont 100.

              We missed a turn, and ran an extra mile.
