DECEMBER Challenge (Read 50 times)

    15 each of lateral raises and triceps extensions. I've been doing 2 days on, one day off in order to ease back into weight training.

      Yesterday I did 3 x 15 lateral raises and 3 x 15 triceps extensions with 10 lb dumbbells

       

      Also 40 back extensions and 3. calf raises

      Life is a headlong rush into the unknown. We can hunker down and hope nothing hits us or we can stand tall, lean into the wind and say, "Bring it on, darlin', and don't be stingy with the jalapenos."

          I did 2 x 20 back extensions and 2x20 leg raises last night.

                  Mike - I think that's the toolbar, and yes, it does look different now.  Not sure I like it.
