    Another week has rolled bye.. Dutchie-43.6K...nice runnin' eliz-6.1 miles + 2.3 walking + 5 hours kayaking evanflein-56.7 miles + 2.8 walking + berry picking...nice build-up fatozzig-17.5 miles + core + bike...plus some sweet sleeping time lyndenrunner-38 miles...stepback week nowor-12 miles + core + yoga pfriese-21.1 miles + 136.9 bike Shocked tetsujin-4.3 miles...Did you also swim + bike?...this is a x-training thread Have another great week ...

          Cool Gordon, I'll post now before I even tally last week! Monday: XT day....30 mins Elliptical, 30 mins weights, 30 mins pool running Tuesday: 5.71 miles w/ 4 & 5 tempo pace (8:00 and 7:45), 8:16 overall; .5 mile walk Wednesday: 7.7 miles of major hills Thursday: 5.5 more or less EZ pace Friday: XT day again! 10 mins Elliptical, 40 mins weights, 15 mins pool running Saturday: 5k trail race but it was short, plus 2 mile w/u for 4.8 for the day. Sunday: 14.4 miles Total: 38.1 miles running, 1 hr 10 mins weights (2x), 45 mins pool running (equiv to about 5 miles?), and 40 mins elliptical. I walked, too, but apparently didn't record it...

Mon - 5 mile progression run, tackling The Hill at the end. 10:21 av pace/ 8:12 bp Tues - 1.25 hrs strength/core; 30 mins stationary bike Wed - 5 sticky, humid miles w/10 hill repeats (5 long, 5 short), tackling The Hill at the end. Dead Thurs - Travel to San Jose for Conference Fri - 1.5 hours, 6.62 miles on the dreadmill - lots of hill work, which decreased my mileage. Sat - Dunno Sun - 3 miles on dreadmill w/a decent hangover

                  thanks lynden - after ending last week (8/16) with Saturday's annual triathlon and starting this one (8/17) with the Light-at-the-end-of-the-Tunnel Marathon with franci, better get back to tapering for the Labor Day half mary extravaganza with godesses enki and soundi. However, missin' being up at the Redmond Watershed today with franci for the marathon there on the same woodland course we circuited for 12 hours in May.

                    We're starting to have fall temps and I live it! Monday-4 mi Tues-core/ball class Wed-6.5 mi in IRC Thurs-core and strength w/o AM; yoga PM Fri-4.5 mi in almost IRC Sun-1 hr biking Summary: 15 mi and I like fall
