Trails are hard!

good luck tomorrow, Mike.  just don't think about the flight back OK?

Need a fast half for late fall.  Then I need to actually train for it.

      another 6 @ 8:24

did the first 5k in 24, jogged even slower back.

I am beaming after reading Tramps post "Hockey for life"

No running today. I ran only one day this week since "knee" was barking at me all week after doing too much sitting in meetings, driving to meetings and working in my beloved flower garden all week. I tell you, I never guessed how many hours I spent in the yard all spring and summer to take care of the garden until this year when every knee bending is an issue.

This is week one of my beginners training for a marathon in Victoria in October. My PT was OK for me to follow the plan...which starts out with a total of 12 miles in the week. Since I ran 8 this week, I hope to run  4 tomorrow to keep up with the plan Smile. Meniscus  tear sucks, but not running at all can be worse.
