The pain that hurts the worse is the imagined pain. One of the most difficult arts of racing is learning to ignore the imagined pain and just live with the present pain (which is always bearable.) - Jeff

I hope not. Good luck.
flatland mountaineer
Easy 3.1 with nice pickup at the end, kinda sucky in the middle and knees creaky at the start from climbing the ladder on my sprayer all day. These little after work runs are great in the winter after paperwork but a little sucky after being active outside all day. Rest tommorow run wise, mother nature will have to let me know tonite work wise.
Had a pretty good day in the sprayer. Winds were very light this morning so decided better get spraying early and hope to work the run in tonight and it worked out just right. For the first time all spring I feel I have things kinda under control. My irrigated corn needs to be V2 growth stage to spray so thats next week and pecked around on the dryland all day, and got the bad stuff covered first thing. Lynda started a couple irrigated pivots to try and soften the crust on the 2 I mudded in.
Leslie if you ever get to Deadwood SD, Costner owns a casino there. Its really cool, decorated in ,how shall I say classy old west with lots of film memorabilia. No naked butts as I remember but then again I wasn't really looking. As a matter of fact the slot machines gave me a hundred in about 10 minutes.
Clay glad you popped in.
Wow we have a new and improved interface here!!!
Arla you are in our thoughts.
The whole world said I shoulda used red but it looked good to Charlene in John Deere Green!!
Support Ethanol, drink the best, burn the rest.
Run for fun? What the hell kind of recreation is that? quote from Back to the Fut III
Hope Arla's doing well (fingers crossed)
Hi Clay , nice to see you.
Jim-glad to see that you're caught up and soon heading to Co.? Shouldn't Cindy be gettin' home soon for that race?
Leslie- some yardwork will do you fine while resting your ankle
Hot (83*) , tired run on the hills today. Memorial Day weekend marks the beginning of the invasion of the "summer people" around here. We welcome them for the economy, but it sure gets crowded!
Tomorrow will be yard work day, with lots of digging planned. Oh! One of The Hub's acquaintances gave us a goat leg that we're gonna do up in the smoker. Not so sure I'm looking forward to the outcome of that.
Ev check it out......
Went to hear this Nebraska sandhill rancher guy friday nite. Caution Twang!http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tGz3HznlI4U&feature=related

We're home. got in last night late & slept in before a brief run with overly wound up Mairead....gotta reset my house (& brain cells) & will get on a VR (vacation report) w/pics asap....gotta get the feces integrated before am 10K.... right now, the weather forecast looks good: 49* F & possibly a bit humid, but clear for the start. Humid is a relative thing @ 6,000' elevation We've got RA peeps from all over the boards seeded throughout the waves! I'm having trouble w/copy-paste just now or I'd throw some fun links in here.....later!
