    Here’s what I have for last week’s tally.  I didn't end up running much at all on our weekend away, but did a lot of hiking.

            I totaled 50.7 miles this week, including what I thought was going to be my last LR before a mid-July marathon.  But my running buddy, who is just getting his legs back after Comrades, mentioned that he might go long next weekend.  I already feel a little peer pressure to go along.
