For March: 41.8 is all, but almost twice my 23 miles from February!

I really thought that signing up for a race would get me out the door this winter. That plan backfired but I'm still doing a race on Saturday.

39.7. Battling knee pain for middle part of the month. Started squats and lateral band exercise to strengthen leg muscles and gluteus.

+ runner of the month goes to pfriese with a monthly distance PR and 2 AG awards in races!

+ Coastwalker nails the monthly Magnificent Median dead on with 151 miles racewalking the NH coast, plus earns a prime!

+ perchcreek posted a monster month as he closes in on 3 years of 200mi + months (I have not the words...)
