Some of you experience on-going back pain. A number of friends of mine and I have utilized Foundation Training with great success. Below is a link to the the founder's TED talk.
If you decide to move forward with Foundation Training, a word of caution - when they tell you in the beginning to only hold the pose for a few seconds (for example, to start hold the pose for 5 seconds), only hold the pose for the 5 seconds. When I first started I thought, "I'm in shape! I can hold these longer!" Don't.
