          Decided to see how far I get- this week as I switch to cross training big time during re-hab for runner's knee.

          Monday

          PM - 1 mile Dreadmill

          10:20 pace

          PM - 50 mins -UB

          chest - abds - arms- shoulders

          AM- 10-15 mins: 50 push-ups, 30 Crunches. ,multiple stretches

          PM - 4 (30 reps) Push-ups; 4 ( 50) inclined crunches - part of free-weight

          work-out.

           

           

          Back stiff from free-weights in PM

          Tuesday    

          AM - 20 mins: 3 (10 reps) pull-ups,

          4 sets of crunches [50 std, 30reverse, 30 bicycle, 2(25) side]

          25 squats, 3 sets of leg lifts; multiple stretches.

           
          Wednesday

           PM- eliptical 12 mins (10 mins w/ 2 min cooldown) ~ 1 mile

           

          PM - 50 mins -UB

          chest - abds - arms- shoulders

           AM: 20 mins: 2(50) push-ups,

          4 sets of crunches [50 std, 30reverse, 30 bicycle, 2(25) side]

          25 squats, 3 sets of leg lifts; multiple stretches

          PM: 4 (25) push-ups, 4(15)declined push-ups, 4(25) inclined crunches

          4 sets of crunches [50 std, 30reverse, 30 bicycle, 2(25) side]

           Not sure how I will total all this core work. Roll eyes

              Hey Evry! Long time no see! Glad to have you back.

               

              So the cold snap continues. Bleh, another week of -30 and colder. Good thing I go to New York City on Friday so I can run in shorts outside!!

               

              Monday: 5.3 miles on the TM, .7 mile walk

              Tuesday: 2.6 miles elliptical, 10 minutes abs/core, 8.1 miles with intervals, and 1 mile walked

              Wednesday: 5.5 miles, relatively easy pace, .7 mile walk

              Thursday: 

              Friday: Rest day (spent on a plane...)

              Saturday: 

              Sunday:
