I am the executive editor for an academic finance journal and my current web and database programmer is just not getting the job done.  So I am looking to hire somebody new.  My guess is the job would take about two months of full time work.  It involves working to connect the various sources involved with our financial accounting and improving our facility for uploading databases.  I need this done relatively quickly so I am looking for somebody that can start in the very near future.  Personally, I hate hiring people to do things like this without a solid recommendation so if you know anybody that might work out let me know!  Thanks.
