      Mon 4-5 EZ Miles   45 min TRX I'm going to use just my TRX for this next round of strength training to see how my progress compares to using free weights, or a combo of free weights and TRX
      Tues Core/Strength 4 EZ    
      Wed 6 Miles w/2 Tempo Miles; Core/Strength      
      Thurs 4 EZ Miles      
      Fri 5 Miles      
      Sat 16-18 Trail Miles

        Resting up this week. Maybe a short ride and a club run on Saturday (no swimming). I'll post whatever I get done.

            No problem.  I was ALWAYS slow, that's why I decided I needed a break.   It just so happens I actually have my act somewhat together this week. Smile

              Thanks, Leslie! I was thinking if Gordon didn't do it, maybe I would. This is sort of a community thing, right?

              Our weather has just been atrocious the last week, and it's continuing. Feels like November more than April!


              Monday: 4.1 miles EZ on the TM, .7 mile walk

              Tuesday: Home late, still snowing, zero mojo: Rest Day

              Wednesday: 4 miles on the indoor track at the rec center (32 laps!), .6 mile walk, 10 mins abs/core

              Thursday: 3 miles elliptical (23:20), .5 mile walk, 10 min U/B wts all at lunchtime; 5.3 miles with some intervals, .7 mile walk in evening

              Friday: ran out of time so no run, but did go out to dinner with DH!

              Saturday: 7.1 miles outside in the sunshine! .33 mile walk c/d

              Sunday: Did nothing of any sort other than some much needed home care. Sometimes you just need to do that.


              Totals: 20.3 miles run, 3 mile elliptical, less than 2 miles walking and some (barely) strength training. Sort of a meh week all around, but my house looks much better!

                  Mon: bronchitis challenge - do I cough louder in the afternoon or in the evening. It's undecided.

                  Tue: bronchitis weirdness - when I breath out there's this rice cirspies in milk sound... very strange.

                  Wed: bronchitis silence - if I don't speak, I don't cough as much. My boys love the silence Clown

                  Thu: bronchitis guilt - Still not feeling well but well enough to work a couple of hours from home.Boss #1 called and felt guilty about bothering me while I was in the middle of a coughing fit. Later, boss #2 called who felt equally guilty and hung up the phone real quick.

                  Fri: Feeling better. Probably cause the coughing last night didn't interrupt my sleep as much as previous nights. Did Bis  and Tris + abs at a slow pace. I'm definitely not fit cause it felt hard, but at least I managed to do something.

                  Sat: first doggie walk in a week. Breathing is much better.


                  I go running in the early morning, before my brain figures out what I'm up to.
